UserMotion integrates with Segment to enhance its lead scoring and signal based selling capabilities by enabling seamless data flow and real-time analysis.
Data flow: UserMotion connects to Segment as a destination, allowing it to receive real-time data, including user events and interactions.
Signal based selling: Then it analyzes this data to detect intention signals, such as engagement patterns and behaviors indicating buying intent, expansion opportunities, or churn risks.
Lead scoring: With user events and interactions from Segment, UserMotion’s AI algorithms can score leads and customers more accurately, prioritizing high-potential opportunities.
From your UserMotion account, go to Integrations.
Select "Connect" for Segment.
It will direct you to your Segment workspace, to Connections / Catalog / UserMotion (Actions).
Click Add Destination.
Select an existing Source to connect to UserMotion.
Go to the UserMotion dashboard, find and copy the API key.
Enter the API Key in the UserMotion destination settings in Segment.
Save your changes and enable the destination.
